Alison M. Johnson, DDS

Experienced Dentist in Swanton, OH

Dr. Johnson grew up in Maumee. She graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Toledo and then went on to Miami University and The Ohio State University School of Dentistry. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Alison could be seen around our office helping the hygienists and sterilizing instruments. During her last year in dental school, she took part in Ohio Project through OSU, which allowed her to travel around the state doing outreach dentistry. She joined Dental Health Associates as a dentist in 2013.

Dr. Alison enjoys practicing general dentistry because she loves being able to treat all the members of a family, especially children. She believes that positive pediatric experiences can create a lifetime of great oral health. Dr. Alison recently completed the Six-Month Smiles course, allowing her to help adult patients who may not be satisfied with the appearance of their teeth. She is a member of the American Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, and the Toledo Dental Society.

Dr. Johnson and her husband David have two children, Olivia and Ben. They enjoy spending time with their families and enjoying all of the parks and trails that Northwest Ohio offers.
